4 cloves of garlic
2 cups canned chickpeas (480 mls)
1 tsp sea salt
1/3 cup tahini
Juice of 2 fresh lemons
1 Tbsp olive oil
1. Place all ingredients in food processor.
2. Pulse for a few minutes until well combined but still coarse.
3. Adjust seasonings.
4. Transfer to serving bowl and serve or cover with plastic wrap.
5. Stays fresh in the fridge for three days.
