Revisit Your Emotional Why
Instead of asking yourself how you feel,
ask yourself what do you really want.
How will your life change when you get there.
And how you can make it happen!?
I think of this quote often:
“If you really want to do something,
you'll find a way. If you don't, you'll find an excuse.”
Jim Rohn
Start Small
If you know you have a 40-minute cardio workout ahead of you, and you just don’t feel like it, start with just five minutes.
Say to yourself “I’ll do this for five minutes and if I’m just not into it, I can stop.”
Chances are you’ll continue for your entire workout.
Change Your Routine
Take your cardio outside. Go to the park to do your workout.
Head out for a hike! Changing things up will keep you motivated. Also set a goal...

“Just turned 45, but feel like 30! ”, exclaims Sara!
And what an awesome way of looking at life.
Sara, we’re so proud of you.
Thanks for being an integral part of our community,
and we’re super excited to be there with you,
as you continue to crush your goals.
This is 37!
Gina feels incredible.
She’s fit, strong, and positive.
The mother of two from Drumbo, Ontario,
has been crushing her BUFFnation Platform workouts
three times a week, consistently for the past few years,
building true strength from the inside out.
“I think my mindset has changed the most since joining this program,” says Gina.
“I now work out because I actually enjoy it, not to punish myself for not looking a certain way. I have two young daughters, and it is important to me to set a good example of a healthy lifestyle for them. BN has really pushed me out of my comfort zone and makes me want to be the best version of ME.
I love feeling part of a community of like-minded women
within our VIP accountability group.
I value the weekly emails and LIVE sessions and
have really taken the personal development recommendations to heart.”
Gina, way to go! You are doing an incredible job. Thank you so much for being an integral member of our community.

There’s a great quote by Steve Maraboli,
“Once your mindset changes, everything on the outside will change along with it.”
And that couldn’t be more true for Angie Busby-Bross.
The 48-year-old has experienced a major transformation,
Not just physically, but mentally and spiritually too.
“I can see a change from looking at my pictures,” says Angie.
Since joining BUFFnation, she is down more than 15 inches. Wow!
“I can also feel the change from within when I look at myself,
and that makes me smile!”
The shift for Angie started with becoming aware of her self-talk.
Releasing the negativity, and choosing uplifting, positive,
and encouraging language instead.
Her old mindset would say things like,
“Your body can’t do that” and “You’ve gained weight”.
She reframed that by using “I” when speaking to herself.
And she now...
