It's officially smoothie weather, and we're celebrating with an old BN favourite. Our yummy Chocolate Mint Protein Smoothie. Check out the recipe below.
This is also an awesome opportunity for us to provide you with a gentle reminder about making sure you're getting enough protein. This macro nutrient is key to feeding lean muscle mass, controlling cravings and preventing injury. And when you can enjoy it in a delicious smoothie, what a bonus!

Essentials:
- 1 scoop of high quality chocolate protein
- 1 cup of water, almond milk, or coconut milk - unsweetened
- 1/2 frozen banana
- a few drops of peppermint extract
- 3 to 4 ice cubes
- 1 tsp of raw cacao powder or raw cacao nibs (for crunch)
How-To's:
Pulse ingredients in a blender, then blend until smooth. Top with a few sprinkles of sea salt and raw cacao.
