You’re choosing six weeks of support to feel stronger, steadier, and more confident this spring, without pressure or extremes.
Spring Challenge is a six-week, in-person BUFFnation experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, build strength, and restore your energy in a way that fits real life. This is about progress, not perfection — and you’ll be supported every step of the way.
What’s Included:
• 12 in-person group training sessions (2x/week, 45 minutes)
• Start, mid, and end check-ins to notice your progress
• BN Journal + Inch Tracker to stay intentional and motivated
• Simple nutrition support, including the BUFFnation Meal Kit and Sugar-Free Me Reboot
• Mindset + reset tools to help you stay focused and grounded
• Accountability + community inside our private BUFFnation group

Wednesdays – Kitchener, 7:15 PM
Conestoga College, 299 Doon Valley Drive
Tuesdays & Thursdays – Cambridge, 6:30 PM
Preston Public, 210 Westminster Drive North
